The Sicilian Cartoccio with ricotta are typical fried desserts of Palermo origin, made with a soft brioche dough and a filling of sweetened ricotta cream, enriched with chocolate chips.

Like the cannoli shell , the dough of the Cartoccio is wrapped in a metal cylinder that allows you to have soft sweets with a central cavity, where the cream will go.

Each Sicilian Cartoccio Kit comes complete with everything you need to enjoy these delicious Sicilian dessert with your family.

Each Sicilian Cartoccio Kit includes:

- 10 Cartoccio shells

- 1- 2.2lb Bag of 100% Sicilian Sheeps Milk Ricotta         Cannoli Cream.

- Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

Kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit

Place Cartocci shells in a dry ambient place until ready to use

Cannoli cream should be placed in the refrigerator

Once ready to fill, cut the tip of your pastry bag and show off you Sicilian Cartoccio filling skills!

Separately, Cartocci shells and cannoli cream may be used up to 6 days after arrival if stored properly.
